Bake a delicious gluten free pizza from scratch in less than 30 minutes!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Metta flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sub plain soy yogurt)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the flour with baking powder.
- Add the yogurt. Knead the dough by hand until a firm dough forms. If the dough is too soft, add a little dry flour and if it’s too firm, add a bit of water or yogurt.
- Using a rolling pin or using your hands working from the middle and push to spread/flatten the dough out. If the dough starts to stick, sprinkle and spread a little dry flour on the dough. Alternatively, you can also roll out the dough on a pizza stone directly so you don’t have to carefully place it on the pizza stone.
- Carefully place rolled out dough on the pizza stone. Cover it with the toppings of your choice.
- Bake at 400 F for 18 – 20 minutes or until the crust edge looks golden brown and the toppings are warm and bubbly.
- Cut immediately, serve, and enjoy 😊
