Easy 3-Ingredients Pizza Crust Recipe

Easy pizza crust made with Metta Gluten Free Flour

Bake a delicious gluten free pizza from scratch in less than 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Metta flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sub plain soy yogurt)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the flour with baking powder.
  2. Add the yogurt. Knead the dough by hand until a firm dough forms. If the dough is too soft, add a little dry flour and if it’s too firm, add a bit of water or yogurt.
  3. Using a rolling pin or using your hands working from the middle and push to spread/flatten the dough out. If the dough starts to stick, sprinkle and spread a little dry flour on the dough. Alternatively, you can also roll out the dough on a pizza stone directly so you don’t have to carefully place it on the pizza stone.
  4. Carefully place rolled out dough on the pizza stone. Cover it with the toppings of your choice.
  5. Bake at 400 F for 18 – 20 minutes or until the crust edge looks golden brown and the toppings are warm and bubbly.
  6. Cut immediately, serve, and enjoy 😊
