Ingredients
- 1 cup Metta flour
- 1 cup almond flour or meal
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tspsea salt
- 6 Tbsp any oil
- 1 ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and oil 8” square or round pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the 6 dry ingredients (Metta flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt).
- Mix in vanilla extract, oil, and vinegar.
- Pour water over the mixture. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pan and smooth out.
- Bake on middle rack of oven for 35 minutes.
