Easy Bake Moist Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake made using Metta Gluten Free Flour

PREP TIME: 15 minutes

COOK TIME: 35 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 50 minutes

 Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Metta flour
  • 1 cup almond flour or meal
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tspsea salt
  • 6 Tbsp any oil
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and oil 8” square or round pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the 6 dry ingredients (Metta flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt).
  3. Mix in vanilla extract, oil, and vinegar.
  4. Pour water over the mixture. Mix well until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and smooth out.
  6. Bake on middle rack of oven for 35 minutes.
