So after months and months of baking different kinds of breads and muffins, I’m going to share an easy way to turn Metta Gluten Free Flour into a self-rising flour. It’s basically just 3 simple ingredients that you’ll find in any pantry. I can definitely say that these work beautifully giving baked goods a spongy and moist look and texture with the familiar ‘gluten’ mouthful taste.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Metta Gluten Free Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Have you used Metta gluten-free flour for this recipe or any other recipe?
